We are looking for a Training Content Developer (Operations) to create high-quality training materials that enhance our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and a passion for developing effective training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and effective training content for operational processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights for training materials.
• Design instructional materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and job aids.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs and materials.
• Update and revise training content based on feedback and operational changes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or content development, specifically in an operational context.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
