Training Content & Video Editing Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative interns to support our Learning & Development team in building engaging training content for our upcoming LMS launch. The role involves video recording, editing, content adaptation and creating learner-friendly training modules that improve the overall learning experience.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in content creation, video production, training operations and digital learning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Record training and process videos for LMS learning modules

* Edit videos for training content, SOPs, and process explainers

* Translate and adapt training content in Hindi and English for better accessibility.

* Ensure final videos are engaging, learner-friendly, and aligned with training standards for the target audience.

Bengali or Kannada language understanding would be an added advantage for regional content support

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in any field
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic knowledge of Canva and any video editing software
• Familiarity with tools such as Clipchamp, Google Videos or similar editing platforms
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and AI technologies

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Knowledge of Bengali or Kannada for regional content support
• Experience creating reels, short-form videos, or educational content
• Familiarity with LMS platforms or e-learning content creation
