Job Title: Voice & Accent Trainer (Freelance)

Engagement Type: Freelance / Contract

Training Duration: 6 days per month (Thursday to Thursday)

Location: Onsite

Industry: Corporate Training / Learning & Development (American accent)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Voice & Accent Trainer to deliver focused training sessions aimed at enhancing spoken English proficiency, pronunciation clarity, neutral accent development, and overall communication effectiveness.

The trainer will conduct structured training programs for working professionals to improve confidence, articulation, fluency, and client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Voice & Accent training sessions (6 days per month Thursday to Thursday).
• Conduct pronunciation drills, phonetics sessions, and neutral accent training.
• Work on speech clarity, intonation, rhythm, stress patterns, and modulation.
• Provide feedback on grammar, vocabulary usage, and spoken fluency.
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments.
• Customize training content based on participant needs.
• Share practice exercises, assignments, and improvement plans.
• Track participant progress and submit training reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer (preferably in corporate/BPO environment).
• Strong knowledge of phonetics and accent neutralization techniques.
• Excellent command over English (neutral/global accent preferred).
• Experience training working professionals or fresh graduates.
• Ability to conduct engaging, interactive sessions.
• Strong feedback and coaching skills.
• Certification in Voice & Accent / Soft Skills / Communication Training (preferred).
