Role Description

This full-time, remote Training & Business Associates role involves designing and delivering effective training programs, improving training materials, and working closely with teams to ensure the seamless implementation of business initiatives. The role includes supporting customer service excellence, providing actionable feedback, and assisting with instructional design efforts to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse clients and teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Training, Training & Development, and the ability to deliver impactful learning experiences.
• Experience with Instructional Design to create and enhance effective training content.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking to support business strategies and training initiatives.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in financial or trading sectors is an asset.
