We operate in the Ayurvedic healthcare and medical call-centre sector, delivering patient acquisition, appointment coordination, and clinical support services for outpatient and telemedicine programs. This on-site role is focused on training, quality, and tele-sales leadership for an Ayurvedic clinic operation based in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver end-to-end training programs for medical process teams, doctor-trainers, and tele-sales agentscovering clinical scripts, call handling, objection handling, and appointment scheduling.
  • Lead and coach the tele-sales team: set daily/weekly targets, run huddles, conduct live call coaching, and drive conversion improvements.
  • Act as CRM coordinatormanage lead assignment logic, maintain data hygiene, configure workflows, and ensure timely follow-ups to maximise conversions.
  • Implement quality assurance processes: monitor calls, score performance, identify gaps, and run targeted remediation plans for agents and trainers.
  • Liaise with Ayurvedic doctors and clinical staff to validate clinical content, update process SOPs, and ensure compliant patient communication.
  • Prepare and present performance dashboards and training outcome reports to management; maintain training documentation and knowledge-base materials.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience as a call-centre trainer or team leader in a healthcare or medical-process environment (tele-sales or appointment booking).
  • Hands-on experience managing CRM workflows and data (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Strong track record in tele-sales management and conversion optimisation.
  • Practical knowledge of call monitoring and quality-assurance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and basic data analysis.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi; comfortable interacting with doctors and clinical staff on process and clinical content.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms or training authoring tools (e.g., TalentLMS, Moodle).
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or advanced analytics tools (Power BI / Google Data Studio).
  • Previous exposure to Ayurvedic clinical processes or telemedicine operations.
