Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Training and Quality Manager role based in Gurugram. The Training and Quality Manager will design and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and ensure quality standards are met. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, developing learning materials, conducting training sessions, and monitoring team performance to maintain compliance with quality benchmarks. The role also includes reporting on quality metrics, continuous improvement of processes, and collaborating with team leaders to promote operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Training, Learning and Development, and instructional design techniques
  • Strong knowledge in Quality Assurance processes, Compliance Standards, and Process Improvement
  • Proficiency in Performance Evaluation, Metrics Analysis, and Reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Experience in Business Processing, especially in Retail and Ancillary Banking, is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field
  • Certifications in Quality Management or Training & Development are a plus
