About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Training & Quality Manager to support our growing GenAI/LLM practice. The role will be responsible for driving training excellence, quality governance, process improvement, and performance management across large-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end training lifecycle management including certification and re-certification.
- Establish and govern quality assurance frameworks and performance standards.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and early-warning systems for operational performance.
- Manage calibration programs and ensure alignment between Training, Quality, and Operations teams.
- Partner with Delivery, Analytics, and Workforce teams to improve quality and business outcomes.
- Support large-scale program ramp-ups while maintaining operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 8–15 years of experience in Training, Quality, Operations, or Project Management.
- Experience in AI/Data Annotation, GenAI, BPO, Trust & Safety, or related industries.
- Strong expertise in Quality Management, RCA, Audits, Process Improvement, and Governance.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
