Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual training calendar aligned with business goals
  • Conduct training need analysis (TNA) across departments
  • Deliver engaging training sessions on:
    • Customer service excellence
    • Upselling cross-selling techniques
    • Grooming communication skills
    • Brand standards and SOPs
  • Drive onboarding and induction programs for new employees
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
  • Lead quality audits across departments to ensure adherence to brand standards
  • Identify service gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with HODs to enhance guest satisfaction scores
  • Maintain training records, MIS reports, and compliance documentation
  • Promote a strong learning culture within the organization
