Role Description The Training and Placement Officer role is a full-time on-site position based in Indore. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing campus placement activities, including scheduling recruitment drives, coordinating with employers, and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners. The Training and Placement Officer will design and deliver training modules on soft skills, interview preparation, and employability skills, and guide learners on career paths, internships, and job opportunities. Daily responsibilities include liaising with faculty and administration, tracking placement statistics, preparing reports, and continuously improving the placement process to enhance outcomes for learners.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Campus Placement and College Recruiting skills to manage employer relations and placement activities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Soft Skills to interact effectively with learners, recruiters, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Training experience, particularly in employability enhancement, interview preparation, and professional development.
• Relevant qualifications such as a graduate or postgraduate degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, or related fields.
• Experience in placement coordination, corporate outreach, or career services in academic institutions is preferred.
• Ability to build networks with industry partners, manage multiple events, and work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and presentation skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive approach.
