Training and Placement Assistant Manager(University)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Training and Placement Assistant Manager (University) at CollegeDekho. The role requires coordinating with prospective employers to facilitate campus placements, developing and maintaining relationships with corporate stakeholders, and assisting in planning and conducting placement drives, career guidance sessions, and industry networking events. The assistant manager will also monitor placement performance metrics, provide feedback to institutions and students, and ensure a seamless placement process for all stakeholders.

• Strong event coordination and organizational skills
• Skills in data analysis, report generation, and performance tracking
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
