• Deliver effective product presentations and clearly communicate program benefits, outcomes, and value.
• Address customer queries, objections, and concerns to build confidence and support informed decisions.
• Manage prospects throughout the sales funnel, from initial contact to successful enrollment.
• Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and enrollment.
• Maintain accurate lead information, sales activities, and conversion status in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Share customer feedback, market insights, and sales observations with the Sales & Marketing team to improve conversion strategies.
