Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Gurgaon and Hyderabad for a Training and Development Specialist. The individual will be responsible for identifying the training needs of employees, designing and delivering training programs, developing engaging curricula, and improving overall employee performance. Key tasks include creating instructional materials, facilitating training sessions, collaborating with teams to ensure learning objectives are met, and assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Training & Development, including identifying learning needs and providing effective training solutions.
• Proficiency in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development to create engaging and impactful training programs.
• Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills to deliver clear and engaging training sessions.
• Experience in training delivery and facilitation for diverse audiences.
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools and technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Training & Development Specialist or in a similar role is highly desirable.
