This is a full-time on-site role for a Training and Development Specialist located in Kochi. The Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering transformative learning programs, developing training materials, and collaborating with teams to enhance workforce development.

• Training & Development and Instructional Design skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Training and Curriculum Development
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certifications in Training and Development are a plus
