Role Description

This is a Contract on-site role for a Training and Development Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of training programs. Tasks include creating instructional materials, supporting curriculum development, delivering training sessions, and addressing communication needs. The intern will collaborate with team members to ensure training programs meet the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• Must know and can able to teach at least one of the skills C, C++, Python, JAVA, DSA, Frontend, Backend, Fullstack, DBMS or Gen AI
• Must be GRADUATED ( Passed out Student ) in or before 2025.
• Willing to travel.
• Proficiency in Training and Development skills
• Strong Communication skills to address diverse learning needs
• Knowledge in Instructional Design and the ability to create effective training materials
• Experience in Training and Curriculum Development is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Excellent organizational and collaborative skills
