Job Overview

  • Job Title: Training and Audit Manager (Sales & Wedding Planning)
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years
  • Location: Multi-location (Requires travel)

Role Objective

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Audit Manager to standardise our Sales and Planning functions and elevate our Customer Experience across multiple locations. You will eliminate operational blockers by creating structured training programs and implementing strict quality audits. Your goal is to standardise sales pitches, streamline wedding planning workflows, and ensure an uncompromised, luxury customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Enablement

  • Design Curriculums: Create training modules for sales conversion, client onboarding, and wedding planning workflows.
  • Onboarding: Conduct rigorous induction programs for new sales executives and wedding planners.
  • Skill Enhancement: Run regular workshops on negotiation, luxury hospitality standards, and crisis management.
  • Cross-Location Delivery: Travel to various regional offices to deliver hands-on, impactful training sessions.

2. Quality Assurance & Auditing

  • Define Benchmarks: Establish clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the sales and planning lifecycle.
  • Audit Implementations: Conduct regular audits of sales calls, email communication, and venue planning checklists.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics like conversion rates, response times, and client feedback scores.
  • Feedback Loops: Provide constructive, data-driven feedback to team members to correct course in real time.

3. Customer Experience (CX) Driving

  • Standardise Journey: Ensure a seamless, premium, and stress-free journey for couples from first contact to event execution.
  • NPS Management: Track Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and implement training interventions to resolve recurring complaints

Experience & Education

  • Background: 5–8 years of experience in Sales Training, Quality Auditing, or Operational Training.
  • Industry Preference: High-end hospitality, event management, wedding planning, or premium lifestyle services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.

Key Skills

  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales conversion funnels and event/wedding planning frameworks.
  • Audit Frameworks: Proven ability to build evaluation rubrics and quality scorecards from scratch.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with a highly professional demeanor.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across company locations to conduct on-site audits and training.
