Main Accountabilities
- Conducts training programs for administration, middle management and front line employees.Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
- Keeps up with and applies the latest teaching techniques to a corporate training environment.Works to keep training programs vibrant and entertaining in order to engage employees and trainees.
- Ensures that all training materials and programs are compliant with laws and regulations governing the industry.
- Developing and delivering training solutions (online & offline) that meets specific business needs.
- Identify, implement and monitor development activities to enhance performance.Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure alignment of training with business needs and employees skills.
- Prepare annual and monthly training calendar.Develop and Manage training budget, training cost calculation and MIS preparation.
- Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for externaltraining.Administration of training facilities and venues of training.
- Facilitate pre and post training activities logistics, tracking, material production, responding to training query etc.
- Conduct various employee surveys pan India.
- Plan and conduct OBT and other employee engagement activities.
Qualification:MBA/ Any Graduate/ Any PG/ Diploma in T&D
