Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for Trainers/Educators. The Trainers/Educators will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective lesson plans and training sessions tailored to the learning needs of school goers. The role involves conducting engaging classes, monitoring progress, providing constructive feedback, and fostering an interactive and supportive learning environment to achieve desired educational outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching
- Strong capabilities in Training and Education
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging diverse learners
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
- Degree in Education, Training, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in teaching or training roles is an advantage
