Trainer Support & Engagement Executive

Role Description

We are seeking a Trainer Support & Engagement Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our Jaipur location. The role involves conducting training sessions for channel partners on Cybdeer's digital payment systems and financial services, designing training materials, and ensuring user understanding. The individual will also provide ongoing support, resolve technical and operational queries, and develop engagement strategies to improve partner satisfaction. Collaborating with the internal team to refine training modules based on feedback is also an essential responsibility of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong training and presentation skills for conducting impactful sessions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with digital payment systems, financial services, and applications.
• Ability to create user-friendly training materials and manuals.
• Experience in customer or partner engagement and relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with web and mobile applications.
• Capacity to work on-site in Jaipur and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Previous experience in a similar field is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field.
