Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Software Testing Trainer to deliver high-quality training in both manual and automation testing techniques. The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring QA professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Selenium, and other QA tools.
- Design, develop, and update training materials, curriculum, and hands-on labs.
- Conduct offline (classroom) training sessions.
- Provide mentoring and support to students on projects, assignments, and career guidance.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in Software Testing and QA Automation.
- Assess students progress and provide feedback and improvement plans.
- Customize training content based on corporate or individual client requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in Manual Testing, STLC, SDLC, and Bug/Defect Life Cycle.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Appium, etc.
- Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript preferred).
- Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Git, Jenkins, and other QA tools.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in corporate training, technical training, or mentoring is a big plus.
- ISTQB or other testing-related certifications are desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer.
Prior experience as a Trainer/Instructor/Faculty in Software Testing.
