Academic Trainer – ScienceJob Responsibilities
- Deliver structured and engaging training sessions and presentations for teachers, principals, and academic trainers through online and in-person formats.
- Conduct lectures and hands-on training in assigned science subjects using activity-based and experiential learning methods.
- Design, develop, update, and maintain curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and training materials.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students on subject concepts, projects, and career pathways.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate learner performance, and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Integrate modern teaching tools, digital platforms, and educational technologies into classroom practices.
- Plan and facilitate workshops, seminars, certification programs, and professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with faculty members, industry experts, and academic committees to enhance curriculum quality.
- Create and curate digital learning content, including presentations, coding exercises, simulations, and tutorials.
- Support student and faculty participation in academic projects and research initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and academic documentation in compliance with institutional policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, training, or academic facilitation in Science subjects.
- Strong subject-matter knowledge and understanding of school-level or higher secondary science curriculum.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor diverse groups of learners.
- Willingness and ability to travel to different locations for training assignments.
