The role requires strong communication skills, training expertise, and a good understanding of financial market fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on:
- Stock Market Fundamentals
- Financial Markets
- Equities and Trading Concepts
- Market Research and Analysis Basics
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and learning requirements.
- Develop structured training materials, presentations, manuals, and learning guides.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
- Support onboarding and capability-building initiatives for new employees.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in financial markets, stock market practices, and training methodologies.
- Promote interactive learning through discussions, case studies, and practical sessions.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Training & Development, Financial Training, or related fields.
- Good understanding of Stock Market and Financial Market concepts.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in creating training content using various tools and software.
- Understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Ability to assess learning needs and deliver customized training solutions.
