Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Trainer-Mutual Fund and Sales role based in Delhi, India. The Trainer will be responsible for creating and conducting sales and mutual fund training sessions, developing strategies to enhance team performance, delivering engaging presentations, and ensuring team members are well-equipped with essential knowledge. The individual will work directly with teams and clients to provide training and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Presentation Skills to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions
  • Expertise in Sales Trainings, with the ability to coach and develop sales teams
  • Proficiency in Training & Development to design and implement effective training programs
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and clients
  • Customer Service skills to understand and address client needs effectively
  • Prior experience in the mutual fund or financial services industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
