This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer in Mutual Fund and Insurance, located in Delhi, India. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs related to mutual funds and insurance products. Tasks include creating training materials, conducting interactive sessions for teams or individual clients, staying updated on relevant financial regulations, and ensuring that team members have a strong understanding of products and market trends. The Trainer will also assess participants progress and adjust training strategies as needed to ensure effectiveness.

• In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance Products, and Financial Markets
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Public Speaking skills
• Training Delivery and Program Development experience
• Ability to analyze market trends and apply research in training materials
• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
• Certification or prior experience in financial planning or insurance training is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
