Trainer & Learner Success Associate | Kolkata

We are looking for a Trainer & Learner Success Associate to join a fast-growing EdTech start up in Kolkata.

Location: Kolkata | Work from Office

Experience: Fresher – 1 year

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification: BBA / BCA / B.Sc / B.Tech / B.E. or other relevant graduate qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Trainer outreach, coordination and onboarding

• Supporting trainers with scheduling, technology, payments and platform-related queries

• Coordinating workshops and ensuring smooth execution of sessions

• Handling learner queries related to bookings, payments, certificates and platform usage

• Supporting corporate requirements and trainer coordination as the business scales

• Managing multiple activities across outreach, support and operations

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good coordination and interpersonal abilities

• Comfortable working with web-based platforms and basic technology

• Patient, organised and solutions-oriented approach

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively

• Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
