Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer in the Learning and Development (L&D) team at Vedantu, located in Bangalore. The Trainer will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering effective training programs to enhance the professional and personal development of employees. This individual will coach and mentor employees, conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and collaborate with various teams to ensure skill advancement among employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training, Training & Development, and Coaching
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and policies
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly
• Proficiency in developing and executing training strategies and programs
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant field
• Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in an education or corporate setting, is a plus
