Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with trainees
- Ability to create engaging training materials
- Basic knowledge of instructional design principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Ability to assess and evaluate training outcomes
- Certification in Training or related field is a plus
