Experience Required: 3+ Years

Shears Salon is looking for an experienced and passionate Salon Trainer to join our team. We are seeking a professional with strong practical expertise and theoretical knowledge across salon services who can train, mentor, and elevate the skills of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct training sessions for salon staff on haircuts, hair coloring, hair treatments, styling, beauty services, and client consultation.

* Develop and implement training programs, SOPs, and service standards.

* Assess team performance and provide ongoing coaching and skill enhancement.

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.

* Ensure service excellence and consistency across all salon operations.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salon Trainer or Senior Stylist.

* Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of hair and beauty services.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to mentor and motivate salon professionals.

* Passion for learning, teaching, and maintaining high service standards.
