Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Trainer to deliver practical and industry oriented training aligned with Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council standards. The role involves preparing candidates with job-ready skills and supporting them for assessments and placements.

Key Responsibilities

·      Deliver theory and practical sessions on housekeeping operations including room

·      cleaning, bed making, guest servicing, hygiene, and safety standards.

·      Follow SSC-approved curriculum and ensure structured completion of training.

·      Conduct regular assessments and prepare candidates for final evaluations.

·      Maintain attendance, MIS reports, and training documentation.

·      Ensure proper lab setup, equipment handling, and safety compliance.

·      Support placement activities, grooming sessions, and interview preparation.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

·      Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management

·      THSC / NSDC / SSC-approved ToT certification preferred

Experience:

·      Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Housekeeping (Hotel/Resort/Hospitality

sector)

·      Minimum 1 year of training experience preferred

Required Skills

·      Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and hotel standards

·      Good communication and classroom management skills

·      Practical knowledge of cleaning tools and chemicals

·      Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
