Trainer For SDET

This is a full-time remote role for a Trainer for SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test). The Trainer will design and deliver instructional content to train individuals in SDET practices, methodologies, and tools. Responsibilities include preparing and conducting software development and testing training sessions, developing training materials, assessing trainee progress, and providing support to trainees to help them succeed in their career paths.

• Proficiency in Computer Software Training and Training methodologies
• Strong background in Software Development and testing principles
• Expertise in creating engaging Instructional Design and training resources
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Strong ability to mentor, support and guide individuals in their learning journey
• Prior experience in the education or e-learning sector is a plus
• Familiarity with SDET tools and processes is highly desirable
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Computer Science, Education, or related fields
