Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, for a Trainer specializing in IELTS and TOEFL. The Trainer will design, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to individual and group needs. The role also involves evaluating student progress, providing constructive feedback, and developing innovative learning materials to improve students language proficiency. Additionally, the Trainer will stay updated on the latest exam formats and teaching methodologies to ensure top-notch instruction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IELTS and TOEFL content, test formats, and scoring criteria
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills, with experience in guiding students to achieve target scores
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar and pronunciation
- Ability to create and adapt course materials to cater to diverse learning needs
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to provide comprehensive feedback on student performance
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (TEFL/TESOL certifications considered an advantage)
