Banking Insurance Trainers Wanted Tamil Nadu (College Project)

We are looking for energetic and knowledgeable Retail and Banking Insurance Trainers to lead an intensive, short-term training program for college students across Tamil Nadu. This role combines domain-specific knowledge with essential soft skills to make students corporate-ready.

Project Details

Role: Retail & Banking Insurance Trainer (Soft Skills & Domain)

Project Duration: 100 / 80 Hours per batch

Location: Various college campuses across Tamil Nadu (In-person)

Payout: ₹300 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Domain Training: Deliver clear, practical sessions on the fundamentals of retail banking, insurance products (life and non-life), and financial services basics.

Soft Skills & Communication: Train students in corporate communication, customer service excellence, sales pitching, handling client objections, and professional etiquette.

Employability Prep: Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and resume-building workshops focused on banking and insurance career paths.

Batch Management: Keep energy levels high, manage classroom interactions, and track student attendance and progress.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) concepts.

Prior experience as a BFSI trainer, retail banker, insurance professional, or soft skills trainer is highly preferred.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to connect with, motivate, and manage undergraduate/postgraduate college students.

Ready to travel to assigned college campuses within Tamil Nadu.
