Job Description

Job Title: Trainer (Collections Process)

Location: Thane

Experience: 2+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Trainer with experience in 3rd Party Collections to drive employee learning, performance improvement, and onboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong facilitation skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to design impactful training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily activities of training associates and consultants
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
  • Prepare and develop engaging learning materials and training modules
  • Deliver training using diverse methodologies (role plays, simulations, hands-on sessions, etc.)
  • Conduct surveys and assessments to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Collaborate with trainers, managers, and leadership teams
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate training needs effectively
  • Track, analyze, and compile training data for insights
  • Design and implement training strategies and initiatives
  • Test, review, and continuously improve training content
  • Maintain a centralized database of all training materials
  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing employee training programs
  • Monitor employee learning progress and performance improvement
  • Research and implement innovative teaching methods

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with LMS and instructional tools
  • Leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to align with company goals and training objectives

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer / Corporate Trainer
  • Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in 3rd Party Collections
  • Certification in training or talent development (preferred)
