Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions to diverse audiences—undergraduate cohorts, faculty, AI Champions, and senior leaders—across in-person, online, and blended formats
  • Facilitate trainings using modern pedagogical approaches and interactive tools (e.g., Mentimeter, live polling, breakout sessions) to maximize participant engagement and learning outcomes
  • Adapt delivery style and content depth based on audience expertise level, institutional context, and real-time feedback

Trainer & Champion Development

  • Provide constructive feedback on training delivery, materials quality, and pedagogical approach
  • Develop train-the-trainer resources and best-practice guides for scalable, consistent delivery

Progress Tracking & Reporting

  • Track training participation, completion, and learning outcomes across institutions and departments
  • Contribute to dashboards and reporting systems that measure training effectiveness and inform capacity-building strategy
  • Collect and synthesize participant feedback to continuously refine training content and delivery methods

Stakeholder Engagement & Institutional Representation

  • Engage with academic departments, school leadership, and institutional stakeholders to understand training needs and maintain alignment with institutional strategy
  • Represent AITO's work to senior leadership; present training outcomes, progress, and recommendations for strategic decisions
  • Coordinate across UPES, Pearl Academy, and partner organizations to ensure cohesive, scalable training programs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, instructional design, computer science, business, or related discipline)
  • 3+ years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, or adult education
  • Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate engaging, multi-modal learning experiences
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with interactive training platforms (Mentimeter, Zoom, learning management systems, etc.)
  • Track record of designing training programs that drive measurable behavioral or institutional change
  • Experience building trainer capacity or mentoring peer instructors

Key Competencies

  • Adult Learning & Instructional Design — ability to apply principles of adult learning and design curricula that balance theory with practical application
  • Facilitation & Public Speaking — strong presence, clarity, and ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
  • Attention to Detail & Quality — commitment to professional, polished outputs that reflect institutional standards
  • Adaptability & Cultural Sensitivity — ability to work across disciplines, departments, and organizational structures; responsiveness to evolving needs
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management — ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and represent shared institutional goals
