Trainer-BPO

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Process Trainer in voice-based BPO processes
• Strong understanding of training metrics such as TNA, TNI, TTT, NHT, PKT, and refresher sessions
• Conduct and manage training sessions for batches of 20–30 trainees
• Work 6 days a week with full commitment to training deliverables
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
• Create and manage training content using PPT and Excel
