Job SummarySheopals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to train, coach, and enhance the performance of the sales and telesales teams. The ideal candidate should have strong sales knowledge, training expertise, and the ability to improve conversion rates through effective product and sales process training.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver sales training programs for new joiners and existing sales teams
- Train teams on sales techniques, objection handling, call flow, and closing skills
- Provide in-depth product training on Ayurvedic, nutraceutical, and wellness products
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, and real-time call evaluations
- Identify performance gaps and provide continuous coaching and feedback
- Work closely with sales managers and team leaders to improve productivity
- Track training effectiveness and share improvement reports with management
Required Skills & Qualifications- 25 years of experience as a Sales Trainer / Sales Coach (Telesales preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM, and call quality parameters
- Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills
- Experience in health, wellness, Ayurveda, or pharma industry is an added advantage
- Ability to handle batches and deliver result-oriented training
