Role Description The Trainer (Aptitude, Technical, and Soft Skills) will design and deliver classroom-based training programs to enhance students technical knowledge, aptitude skills, and professional behaviors. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive training sessions, developing assessment materials, and monitoring learner performance to ensure measurable skill improvement. The Trainer will collaborate with faculty and placement teams to align training content with industry expectations and academic standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kangeyam, requiring consistent presence on campus to support students through workshops, mentoring, and practice sessions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong expertise in Technical Training and experience working as Technical Trainers.
Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and general Training methodologies.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation and constructive feedback.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Science, Management, or related fields.
Experience in aptitude coaching, soft skills training, or campus-to-corporate transition programs is highly beneficial.
Ability to design structured training modules, evaluate learning outcomes, and adapt content for diverse learner levels.
Proficiency in using basic digital tools (e.g., presentations, learning platforms) to support engaging training delivery.
Strong organizational skills, student-centric mindset, and willingness to work collaboratively with academic and placement teams.
