  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with potential trainers as well as internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting, aiding the recruitment process.
  • Experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing candidates (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in effectively onboarding new trainers.
  • Understanding of sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality trainer candidates.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while maintaining a focus on recruitment goals.
  • Detail-oriented approach to manage recruitment processes efficiently while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the talent acquisition process by sourcing and identifying qualified trainer candidates.
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition team to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability and align with the culture.
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure new trainers have a successful start.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop strategies for effective trainer integration.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of recruitment metrics and candidate interactions using Excel and other tools.
  • Participate in team meetings to provide updates on acquisition activities and contribute to process improvements.
  • Foster positive relationships with candidates and internal teams to enhance the overall recruitment experience.
