The Opportunity

We're looking for a Video Podcast Editor to transform our long-form founder conversations (60-90 minutes) into polished video content that captivates our audience across YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This role is critical to scaling our video presence as we continue growing our community of startup enthusiasts.

What You'll Do

• Edit 8-10 long-form podcast episodes per month (60-90 minute conversations) into engaging video content
• Add professional graphics, lower thirds, B-roll, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling
• Ensure audio quality is pristine—removing background noise, balancing levels, and enhancing clarity
• Collaborate with the host to understand the narrative arc and identify the most impactful moments
• Stay current with video trends and platform-specific best practices to maximize reach.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Some experience editing video podcasts or interview-based content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro)
• Strong audio editing skills and understanding of sound engineering principles
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to meet consistent monthly deadlines in a remote set up
• Reliable, high-performance workstation capable of handling 4K video editing and motion graphics work

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with business/startup content
• Understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem
• Previous experience of working on a podcast.
