About The Role
We are looking for a
Trainee UI / Visual Designer (
Figma Team) with a strong interest in creating visually engaging and user-friendly digital designs. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on
Figma. Good English communication skills are essential, as you'll collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine user interface layouts, screens, and components using Figma.
- Create visual assets such as icons, banners, mockups, and illustrations as per project requirements.
- Assist in maintaining design consistency across products by following brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to translate ideas into designs.
- Participate in design discussions and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, quick learner with a passion for visual design and digital products.
Good to Have
- Understanding of basic UI/UX principles.
- Knowledge of responsive design for web and mobile platforms.
- Exposure to prototyping or animation tools is a plus.
