  • Support the scale-up of new products from laboratory scale to pilot and plant scale under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in technology transfer activities such as laboratory demonstrations, documentation support, and coordination for trial and validation batches for PDS / MMBB.
  • Provide execution support for new product process evaluations, feasibility assessments, and basic process modifications as instructed.
  • Support pilot-scale and plant-scale project execution, including coordination during shifts as required.
  • Assist in the preparation, compilation, and timely submission of HAZOP studies, campaign reports, and related technical documentation.
  • Support the preparation of process documents such as PFDs, P&IDs, equipment suitability checks, and other technical records.
  • Perform basic calculations (mass balance and energy balance) under supervision.
  • Assist in data collection and analysis for new and existing projects, including operational cost inputs and resource requirements.
  • Support facility mapping activities for confirmed and probable projects and assist in feasibility assessments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned support activities.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech / B.E in Chemical Engineering
  • Freshers with knowledge in Technical Services, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering functions preferred
