Job Role
The Trainee Travel & Tourism will support daily operations related to travel planning, customer service, and tour coordination. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the travel and tourism industry while developing professional skills in bookings, itinerary planning, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing travel itineraries, tours, and holiday packages
- Support ticketing, hotel reservations, and transport bookings
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person under supervision
- Maintain and update customer and booking records
- Coordinate with vendors such as hotels, airlines, and transport providers
- Help prepare travel documents (itineraries, vouchers, confirmations)
- Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, and company packages
- Support marketing or promotional activities when required
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pursuing or completed a diploma/degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
