Role And Responsibilities
Employment Type - Internship (6 months)
Work Mode - Work from Home
Location Gurugram / Mumbai
Experience 0 to 6 months
Key Responsibilities
Building database and conduct CATI-based telephone surveys with respondents.
Probe effectively to obtain detailed and accurate responses.
Record and update survey responses in the designated software system.
Develop and maintain a personal database of respondents for outreach and survey participation
Qualifications
Bachelor's & master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and presentation skills
