Trainee Teacher – Learning to Fly : Training Program for Teachers

Overview :

At Inventure, we foster a culture of lifelong learning, not just for students but for educators as well. Our faculty members benefit from a comprehensive 17-day professional development program, along with training opportunities through global institutions like Cambridge and UPenn GSE.

As part of our commitment to nurturing future educators, we offer a one-year Faculty Development Program—Learning to Fly (LTF). This program provides graduates with hands-on training, co-teaching experience, and pedagogical mentorship before transitioning into full-time teaching roles in their chosen subjects and grade levels.

We offer a one year faculty development program where these graduates will join us as trainee teachers to learn the Inventure way of teaching and learning. We will then enable them to progress to their choice of Subject(s) and Section(s) of school.

Criteria for enrollment:

1 year paid Training period + 2 years of full-time teaching commitment upon successful completion of Training

Open Positions for the following subjects : (Immediate Joiners Only)

Physics- Middle School- M Sc Physics(Mandatory), B.Ed (preferred)

History - Middle School- MA History (Mandatory) (B.Ed Preferred)

Makerspace - Middle School - M. Sc Physics / BE / B. Des. (Mandatory)

Pre-Primary -Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field (mandatory). B.Ed., D.El.Ed., ECCE or NTT certification will be an added advantage
