Key Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, or email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
- Set up and configure printers, scanners, and webcams
- Maintain records of desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Tag and log new assets while onboarding.
- Set up new user systems with standard images
- Assist with password resets, user account management, and access permissions.
- Perform initial diagnostics and provide remote support to users.
- Log and track issues, ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation.
- Support routine maintenance tasks like software installations and updates.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain documentation.
- Communicate clearly with end users to explain technical issues and solutions
- Monitor and alert the Zabbix and UptimeRobot events
Mandatory / Primary Skills
- Windows/Linux Desktop/Laptop, Networking,
- An integral part of a 24-hour support roster to provide 24x7 support to the designated users.
- support policies and function configuration builds to allow implementation of projects.

Academic / Other Qualifications required: any science degree.
