We are looking for a motivated and energetic Trainee- Sales (0 -1) year to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and creating business opportunities through proactive outreach. If you enjoy interacting with people, are target-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
Reach out to potential customers through calls,emailsand LinkedIn
Set up qualified meetings for the BD/Sales team
Maintainbasic notes, CRMhygieneand followups
Understand our offerings well enough to pitch confidently
Keep a steady pipeline of conversations going
Must have qualifications
Strong communicationskills in English (spoken and written)
0 - 1 year experience in outbound calling / SDR / inside sales roles
Comfortable working in a targetdriven environment
Experience working with international clients is a big plus
Cloud / IT services exposure is good to have, but not mandatory
Startup experience is always helpful
