Role: Trainee Sales Officer (TSO)

Eligibility: Freshers / up to 1 year experience

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Mechanical / Electrical

Passing Year: 2024, 2025, 2026

Salary: Up to 3.2 LPA

Perks: Travel allowance + Daily convenience allowance

Training: Structured 2-year training program

Work Structure: No sales target pressure

Locations: Rohtak, Saharanpur, Karnal, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Haldwani

Key Responsibilities:

Manage mechanics and retailers in assigned territory

Promote and sell automotive parts/components

Conduct market visits & build strong relationships

Increase product awareness and market share

Follow reporting and company processes

Candidate Requirements:

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Willingness to work in field sales

Must have a two-wheeler & valid driving license

Basic local market understanding preferred
