About this Position: Accomplishes tasks as directed by supervisor(s) and supports processes/operations of the respective Henkel team. Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations.
What youll do:
- Support the Finance team in monthly closing activities, financial analysis, and special projects, gaining hands-on experience in real-world business operations
- Assist in preparing financial reports, business presentations, and performance dashboards for leadership review
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational processes, ensuring alignment with Henkel's internal policies and global compliance standards
- Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives, helping identify areas for efficiency and improvement
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, with guidance from experienced mentors and supervisors, in a collaborative and inclusive team environment

- CA certified with minimum 01 year of work experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial systems or ERP tools (e.g., SAP) is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
- Candidates must be based in Navi Mumbai and available for full-time, on-site engagement
