Trainee Recruiter

We are looking for a Trainee Technical Recruiter to support our hiring efforts for US-based clients.

The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical positions across various technologies.

Candidates should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

Responsibilities include resume screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and maintaining recruitment databases.

Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Candidates must be comfortable working in US shift timings (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST).
