End hiring cycle. Building a strong pipeline by sourcing, Screening, Telephonic conversations and Scheduling interviews and maintaining Database. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job openings.

2. Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers.

3. Manage candidate databases and ensure all information is up-to-date.

4. Assist in creating job advertisements and posting them on various platforms.

5. Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential hires.

6. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

7. Learn and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the company.

Preferred Qualification : Degree or MBA Graduate is mandatory

Mandatory skill : Good Communication in English.
