Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
